Dinamo Zagreb announced on its official website on Sunday that AC Milan's Algeria international defensive midfielder Ismaël Bennacer has joined the club on-loan.
According to the Croatian First League giants' official statement, Bennacer will play for the club on-loan until the end of the season, with an optional buyout clause. He will also wear the number 4 jersey.
According to Sky Sports' renowned Italian transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano, Bennacer's potential buyout fee is €10 million.
Previously, Bennacer was close to joining Trabzonspor on-loan, but the two clubs were unable to reach an agreement.

Ismaël Bennacer, 27, was born on December 1, 1997, in Arles, France. He is 1.75 meters tall and plays as a defensive midfielder. He holds dual French and Algerian citizenship.
Bennacer joined the youth academy of his hometown club, Arles, at a young age and began playing for their reserve team in the summer of 2014.
In the summer of 2015, Bennacer joined Arsenal's youth academy and completed his first-team debut for the Gunners by coming on as a substitute in the fourth knockout round of the English League Cup in October of that year.
During this spell, he was also loaned back to France to hone his skills with Tours.
In August 2017, Bennacer joined Empoli and immediately helped them win Serie B.
Although Empoli failed to avoid relegation the following season, Bennacer's outstanding performances quickly attracted interest from several top clubs.
In August 2019, Bennacer joined AC Milan for €16 million.
On this year's winter transfer window deadline day, Bennacer was loaned-out to Marseille, where he performed well.
Since becoming a member of I Rossoneri, Bennacer has so far played 178 times for AC Milan in all competitions, scored 8 goals, assisted 12 times, and won the Serie A and the Supercoppa Italiana once each with the club.
