Harry Wilson acknowledged that Fulham's successful turnaround against Wolves was crucial for the team. Despite some impressive performances earlier in the season, Fulham had failed to earn a point in their first four league games, and this weekend they ended that losing streak with a heavy defeat.  

After the match, Harry Wilson said: "We really needed this win, that period was very difficult for us. Especially in the last few games, against Newcastle United and Arsenal, I think the team performed quite well. But against Arsenal, you have to make sure you stay focused for the whole 90 minutes because they are very threatening from set pieces."  

“We are disappointed to lose the game in that way, but against the league leaders and playing to our expected level, I think we were just unlucky to not get any points.”  

"Then we played Newcastle United away, which was a very difficult match. But for most of the game, we remained competitive. We knew the importance of this game and wanted to make the away ground a fortress. Being able to win again means a lot to us."  

Less than 10 minutes into the game, Ryan Sessegnon scored the team's first goal. The player spoke about the importance of taking the lead early in the match.  

Harry Wilson said: "This game was crucial for us, and we discussed it beforehand. If we got off to a good start, we had to score early. We've had a lot of good games this season, but failed to break the deadlock, and then the opponent scored, making the game difficult to control."  

"Therefore, the first goal was crucial; it helped us stabilize the rhythm of the game. I think from that moment on, the team showed the strength to ultimately win."  

Harry Wilson missed the game against Newcastle United due to injury, so he was very happy to score in his first game back. Wilson said: "It was really frustrating to miss games due to a minor injury, but I'm recovering well now and very eager to get back on the pitch. It's always fun to score as an attacking player, but the most important thing is to help the team win games."
