Tomlin's agent, Aaron Turner, revealed to ESPN's Shams Charania that his client is expected to sign a two-year, $3 million, fully guaranteed minimum salary contract. With Tomlin's contract becoming a permanent deal, the Cavaliers' 15-man roster for this season is now complete.
The timing of this signing is crucial for the Cavaliers. Spencer Davis made it clear that Tomlin had already reached the season cap (50 regular season games) for two-way contract players on Monday.
