Hugo Bueno was overjoyed to score his first Premier League goal at home.

Hugo Bueno was overjoyed to finally score a Premier League goal for Wolverhampton Wanderers. The Spanish player's brilliant goal helped his team equalize against Arsenal, ultimately securing a valuable point for Wolves. Bueno, who has played at Molineux since he was 16, had waited a long time to score his first goal in the top flight.

In the 67th minute, the left-back found an opportunity on the edge of the penalty area, cut inside, and unleashed a brilliant curling shot with his left foot into the top corner of the goal, making it 2-1. Ultimately, thanks to a stoppage-time equalizer from Wolves academy graduate Tom Edozi, Hugo Bueno expressed his delight at contributing to this memorable match, despite his overall less-than-stellar season.

Hugo Bueno said: "It feels amazing to finally score my first Premier League goal at home. This is something I've always dreamed of, so I'm very happy. The game wasn't easy at all; we were down 0-2 at one point. But we knew we had to keep working hard, give it our all, and stay confident, and that's how we finally won."

“We’ve put in a lot of hard work behind the scenes. This season hasn’t been easy, so it’s great to see that today’s results are worthwhile. We knew the game wouldn’t be easy, especially coming down 0-2 at home, but we always believed we could win. As long as we persevere, we can achieve what we have today. I’m happy for everyone and I think we deserve this honor. I hope we can maintain this momentum.”

“This is definitely not an easy season. We know the situation is not optimistic, but we are trying to fight for every point left in the championship. We will not give up and must stick to our beliefs until the very last moment. We will give our all for the club, the fans, our families, and ourselves. The coach has also reminded us to block out the noise from the outside world, focus on every game, and give it our all.”

“We’ve always emphasized that we must work hard for the club and the fans, who have always supported us. This season hasn’t been easy, so it’s always good to achieve something and let them know that we’re working hard. We’re still fighting and giving it our all every day, so I’m really happy for them.”
