In a recent interview, Bayern Munich winger Diaz mentioned England star Harry Kane and expressed his pride in playing alongside the striker.
The 29-year-old Diaz transferred from Liverpool to Bayern Munich last July and has contributed 13 goals and 10 assists for Kompany's team in the Bundesliga so far this season, showing outstanding performance.
It is worth mentioning that Diaz won one Premier League title, two League Cup titles, and one FA Cup title during his time at Liverpool.
Diaz said, "I'm very proud to play on the same team as Kane and Olise; their skill level is simply amazing."
In addition, England striker Harry Kane has scored 26 goals so far this season, ranking first in the top scorers list, while Diaz is in second place.
Diaz said, "Take Kane for example, he does almost everything very well, he's incredible to me. I've seen him play in England before, because we played against Tottenham Hotspur many times."

Diaz continued, "On the day I signed the contract, a reporter mentioned my transfer fee and said that I was one of the most expensive players. I said at the time that if the club trusts me, I will respond on the pitch."
