Paul Pogba has arrived in Monaco, attending a press conference alongside AS Monaco CEO Thiago Scuro and his future teammates Eric Dier and Ansu Fati.  

Paul Pogba will be making his debut in the French top flight in the coming weeks. Despite training at Le Havre, he has never played in Ligue 1. At just 16, he left Normandy for Manchester United and then moved to Juventus, where he won many honours including the 2018 World Cup. On Thursday, the France international made his first public appearance accompanied by club CEO Thiago Scuro.  

After Paul Pogba signed, he said: "It was a very emotional moment. I must admit that not many people have seen me cry like that, so I hope you can feel the truth of it. Many memories suddenly came to my mind, all of which are closely related to my life experience."  

"It was an overwhelming moment of emotion to come back to Monaco and join a club that believed in me. But most of all, it was a moment of joy! At the same time, I felt a strong conviction that coming here was the best decision I had ever made."
