In another key match of the 14th round of the 2025/26 Premier League season, Liverpool, playing at Anfield, drew 1-1 with newly promoted Sunderland after trailing by one goal, thanks to an own goal forced by Wirtz.

Nine minutes into the game, Liverpool launched an attack.
