Angel Postecoglou admitted to regretting his team's defeat to Arsenal. However, he believes the team will have exciting times ahead as the new signings gradually adapt to the tactical system. He also added that Nottingham Forest's only one training session before the North London match was a factor in the defeat.  

Head coach Angel Postecoglu praised the players' fight at Emirates Stadium and emphasized that this match would provide valuable experience for the team. He said: "The opponent is indeed a strong team. Although the loss is regrettable, we will learn from it. The second goal conceded affected our chances of winning, but judging by the players' attitude and effort, I have nothing to say."  

"This has been an incredibly turbulent week for them. They are human beings too and that must be understood. While we regret the result, the players' efforts on the pitch are beyond reproach."  

“I wouldn’t say we completely controlled the tempo of the game, but the players worked very hard on defense and tried their best to limit the opponent’s offensive space. Even after falling behind by one goal, we still created several good chances before the end of the first half. If we could continue this momentum, we might be able to gradually control the game, but unfortunately, we lost the second goal at the beginning of the second half.”  

"The other team is an experienced one, good at dealing with similar situations, and we can learn a lot from it. From my perspective, the most important task right now is to start preparing for the next game and conduct more training with the players. This is an extremely valuable process for me, the coaching staff and the players."
