Tottenham Hotspur suffered a disappointing 0-3 defeat at home to Nottingham Forest in Sunday's Premier League match, with assistant manager Bruno Saltor believing that minor mistakes led to the loss.

With head coach Igor Tudor absent due to family matters, assistant coach Salto took charge during the match and gave an interview afterward. In response to this disappointing defeat, Salto strongly urged the team to remain united in the face of adversity.

Regarding the course of the match, Salto lamented, "We actually played exceptionally well in the first half, creating plenty of opportunities to take the lead. But now, we're paying a heavy price for every tiny detail, every small mistake."

Salto further pointed out that when the team is in a difficult period, playing against the wind will greatly test the players' mental strength.
