Newly promoted Premier League side Leeds United will travel to face Championship side Birmingham City in the fourth round of the 2025/26 FA Cup. Manager Daniel Falk stated that every match is an opportunity for the players to shine and that he will strive to earn playing time in the upcoming games.

In an earlier Premier League match, Leeds United came back from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Chelsea, thanks to goals from Lucas Nmecha and Okafor, and finished 15th in the standings.

Leeds United manager Daniel Falk said, "Every game is an opportunity for players to shine. It's a chance for every player to make a good impression, regain trust, and earn playing time in the next game."

Birmingham, the "Blues" are 11th in the Championship standings with 46 points, and have remained unbeaten in their last 5 matches.

Speaking about their upcoming opponents, Daniel Falk said, "They are a club with great potential and ambition. The Championship is very competitive, and many teams are ambitious."

"They're on a good run right now, they're really performing very well. I really like their roster, they have the ability. They're just one point away from the playoffs and they've been in great form recently."

Daniel Falk also said, "It will be tough playing there because they will take this match against a Premier League team very seriously. I expect the stadium to be packed and the atmosphere to be incredibly intense. It will be difficult for us, and we must give our best performance."

"Staying in the Premier League is of course our top priority, but we also hope to advance to the next round and see how far the team can go. I also value cup competitions very much."
