David Moyes spoke post-match about the significance of Everton's comeback victory over a red-hot Crystal Palace 2-1, expressing his excitement for his team's performance. Jack Grealish's 93rd-minute winner secured Everton three valuable points at Goodison Park, ending Crystal Palace's 19-game unbeaten run. Earlier, Elimane N'Diaye had equalized for Everton with a penalty kick, responding to Crystal Palace's first-half lead.  

With this crucial victory, Everton moved up to eighth place in the Premier League standings. After the game, David Moyes told Everton TV: "I'm very happy to get these three points and very satisfied with the result. However, I have mixed feelings about the team's performance. We didn't play well in the first half and could have been three goals behind at one point, but the players persevered in defense, persevered, and showed resilience. I was waiting for that crucial goal at the end of the game, and thankfully, we did it today."  

David Moyes' Everton team showed a completely different side in the second half, managing to equalize after trailing by a goal.
