Eddie Nketiah said Crystal Palace deserved the victory given their exceptional performance, with his crucial late strike helping them beat Liverpool 2-1. Following an incredible performance at Selhurst Park, Crystal Palace remain the only unbeaten team in the Premier League this season, equalling the longest unbeaten run in the club's history.  

Ismaila Sarr's early goal put Crystal Palace ahead, but Liverpool's Federico Chiesa equalized late on, before Eddie Nketiah, fresh off the bench, fired the fans up with a 97th-minute winner.  

After the game, the striker smiled and said: "It was a beautiful touch. I just tried to stay calm and focus on my first touch. I believed in my skills and completed a wonderful shot with my left foot. I was just a little nervous while waiting for the VAR decision."

That's the strength of our fans; they created a great atmosphere, and the moments of celebration really showed how much the team came together.
