On the eve of Everton's match against Manchester City, goalkeeper Jordan Pickford gave an exclusive interview to the club and praised the transformation that coach David Moyes has brought to the team since his return.

Moyes briefly coached Everton from 2012 to 2013, but returned to the club in January this year to replace former coach Sean Dyche. Moyes has extensive coaching experience in the Premier League, having coached Manchester United and West Ham United.

Pickford said in an exclusive interview: "We didn't perform well at the start of the season, but since the coach returned, we have quickly regained our rhythm. Now we are more resilient and more offensive, able to create more opportunities and score goals."

When it comes to Moyes' personal coaching style, Pickford did not hesitate to express his respect, saying: "He pays great attention to detail and does a very good job of tactical preparation. He always makes sure we are well prepared before the game."

"He is also very good at player management and will communicate with us frequently. His pre-match speeches are always inspiring and motivate you, making you eager to go out on the field and fight."

Currently, Everton ranks 13th in the Premier League with 38 points, 17 points ahead of the relegation zone, and the relegation situation is relatively stable. Since March, the team has performed steadily in the league, losing only one game. If it can continue this unbeaten momentum, Everton is expected to successfully complete the relegation task this season.
