Kyle Walker-Peters has full confidence in the team and believes they have the ability to turn things around.

Kyle Walker-Peters, like the rest of the West Ham United squad, is really looking forward to returning to training after a significant victory. The team is in high spirits this week at Rush Green. West Ham tasted victory again after their FA Cup third-round win against Queens Park Rangers, and Walker-Peters hopes this win will be a catalyst for the second half of the season.

West Ham United's current predicament is undeniable, but Kyle Walker-Peters firmly believes the team can quickly turn things around. Following their victory over Real Madrid, he stated that the team's morale is high and they hope to achieve a second consecutive win against Tottenham Hotspur away from home. He believes there is no better opportunity to revitalize the team than the London derby.

Kyle Walker-Peters said: “The win against Queens Park Rangers was very important. Even though it was in the FA Cup, a victory is a huge morale booster for the team. It’s great because we’ve had some tough games recently and hopefully we can carry that momentum into the next game.”

"There's a positive atmosphere in the team and the entire training facility. With this feeling, everyone will be more confident for the next game. Jarrod Bowen and the manager conveyed the message before the game that winning is crucial, whether it's a cup match or not, and it will help us prepare for the upcoming Premier League matches."

Kyle Walker-Peters, a Tottenham College graduate, admitted that returning to North London would evoke some fond memories, but now he hopes to make a strong impression on the other side of the city. He added: "You always want to win the derby, and we know our opponents are having a tough time right now."

“It will be a tough game, but we will be fully prepared and need to be more eager to win than our opponents. They are a top team, no doubt about it. They won the trophy last season and will be looking to turn things around this season. Playing at home, they will definitely want to control the game, but we will be prepared and fight for victory.”

“I really cherish my experience there. Tottenham Hotspur has been a part of my life since I was a child, and I have nothing but praise for this team. But on match day, there are no friends on the pitch, and I will do my best to get three points.”

Kyle Walker-Peters says he has the ability to help West Ham's young players cope with the ongoing pressure of fighting relegation, having experienced a similar situation during his time at Southampton. He added, "As a professional, you always want to play, you always want to be on the pitch."

"Sometimes opportunities don't come often, but when they do, you have to seize them and do your best. I feel I've done my best and performed quite well. Although the result may not be as good as you hoped, you have to give it your all and hope to get more playing time."

"Many teams have performed exceptionally well this season, with three consecutive wins propelling them into the mid-table. Therefore, our team is full of confidence. We believe we can turn things around, and that's our primary goal. I think maintaining a high level of performance is crucial, regardless of the circumstances."

“I’ve been trying to do that. I believe the best players show their true strength in adversity, so I try to maintain a positive mindset for the team and use my experience to help my teammates. Especially the younger players, I give them some advice in the hope of helping the team turn things around.”
