Matías Almeida watched tonight's match against Elche at Sevilla FC and he analysed the match from two perspectives and thanked the fans for their enthusiastic support.  

He said: "I see a lot of positive aspects, but there are also areas that need to be improved. I understand the situation at the time and we have to get out of it step by step . We had the chance to win the game today, especially in the first half. We managed to withstand the opponent's attack, although they played well and broke through our defense under pressure. However, we could have scored another goal in the first half, and the opponent hardly posed any threat to us."  

"Things improved in the second half. Although there were some unsatisfactory actions, I still saw the team's attitude and dedication. I was deeply moved by the enthusiasm of the fans today. This is exactly the direction we are heading. We will finish the game with a desire to win, and this motivation inspires us to keep improving."  

"Adding a defender doesn't necessarily lead to better results. We tried to get a free agent involved, but the tempo of the game made it difficult for us to find scoring opportunities. The opponent's skills are indeed good, but overall, their defense was very solid for parts of the first and second halves. Some players hadn't played together before, and Tanguy returned after a long absence and performed very well in the first half. We equalized the score, and although we wanted to win, we must also look at the positive factors in the game."  

Matías Almeida commented on Sanchez's debut: "The players who came on as substitutes were full of desire. I saw a united team that was realistic, fought hard, communicated and wanted to win. If you watched training yesterday, you could see that our second goal was very similar to the action in training."  

"Both Sanchez and Pique performed very well. I considered playing them when the score was tied, but the result didn't change much. I have fully communicated with the players. Each of them is important and must be ready for every stage of the game, whether it is 10 minutes, 30 minutes, or the entire season.
