Moises Caicedo was disappointed with his side's second-half performance against Flamengo as they lost 3-1, but stressed they must use the defeat as motivation for their final group game of the FIFA Club World Cup.  

Although Chelsea took an early lead through Pedro Neto's goal, the team still found it difficult to control the tempo of the game in the second half and Flamengo made full use of the opportunity.  

Flamengo scored twice in the 62nd and 65th minutes before adding a third when Nicolas Jacson was sent off and Chelsea were forced to go down to 10 men. Midfielder Moises Caicedo was disappointed not to have taken all three points from two games in this tournament, but feels that responding positively to setbacks is key.  

"You have to stay focused throughout the game because if you lose focus for just one second, something like this can happen," Moises Caicedo said after the game.  

"We have to respond. Now we will focus on the next game. It will be a difficult match, but we will start preparing seriously from tomorrow."  

Moises Caicedo spoke about his team's performance, saying that the opponent performed better in the second half, which made it difficult for the Blues to maintain their lead.  

He continued: "In the second half, the opponent played better and put more pressure on us. Although we also found some space, the overall situation was still very complicated. The team performed well, but we must maintain our concentration for the entire 95 minutes of the game. Otherwise, as long as we lose focus for a moment, it may lead to defeat. This is what happened."
