Pablo Sarabia set to leave Wolves at the end of his contract this summer

As his contract ends this summer, Pablo Sarabia will bid farewell to Wolves, and he is very satisfied with his performance. The player moved to Molineux Football Club from Paris Saint-Germain in January 2023, played for the team for two and a half seasons, made 77 appearances, and was known for bringing wonderful performances to the fans at critical moments.

The 33-year-old has twice won the Goal of the Season award, scoring brilliant goals against Tottenham Hotspur last season and Manchester United this season. As he leaves the club, Pablo Sarabia feels honoured by the warm welcome he and his family have received from the fans, teammates and staff and is grateful to be part of the Wolves family.

Pablo Sarabia said: "I feel very happy here and get along well with my family and everyone at Wolves. Everyone supports me and my family wholeheartedly, which is the most important thing to me. I have left good memories at Wolves, both in terms of quality of life and interaction with the fans. I can feel their enthusiasm in every game. Therefore, I sincerely thank everyone."

"Helping others is the balance of my life, so at Wolves I've found a great family, a great team and lots of great people. "I'm going to miss everything here, my friends at the club, my team-mates, the staff, the gym staff, the physios, Lisa Hollis, everyone."

The player was brought in from Paris Saint-Germain by former manager Julen Lopetegui and brought with him excellent technique and composure on the ball. He immediately showed his quality against Fulham, scoring his first goal for the club.

This crucial goal ensured that Wolves completed their main task of avoiding relegation in the Premier League, which was also the common goal of Pablo Sarabia and the other five new players when they joined the transfer window.

"It was a very difficult situation when Julen Lopetegui first took office, but we successfully completed the task of relegation. The predicament of being in 19th place in the Premier League is very serious, but with the joint efforts of the coach, teammates and everyone, we achieved our goal and I am happy for everyone."

“I have had many great memories since I joined. Although it was a difficult time for the fans, we got through it together. Regardless of the team’s final ranking, the support of the fans is always our biggest motivation and we always need this support.”

"When we were in extremely difficult moments, such as at the beginning of this season, we always felt that there was unwavering support behind us. So, their support is one of Wolves' greatest assets."

Under Gary O'Neill, Pablo Sarabia spent his first full season in England last season, with limited opportunities to wait. But in November 2023, the Spaniard once again came off the bench at a crucial moment, showing the same calmness and decisiveness he had in his old club.

Against Tottenham Hotspur, he set a new Premier League record by becoming the first player to come on as a late substitute to both score and assist. The Spaniard won the Goal of the Season award for his spectacular equaliser before Mario Lemina scored the dramatic winner.

Pablo Sarabia also said: "I think in different countries and leagues, both professionally and personally, you can learn a lot of valuable things, including different cultures, eating habits, ways of thinking, and ways of getting along with family and friends. I think the experience of living in the UK has helped me a lot."

"I'm grateful to all the people who support me and whose company and encouragement I feel at every moment. I try my best, not only in the games, but also to help my teammates and coaches. I always support the team no matter what the situation is, and I think this is the most important thing. I hope the fans can feel my commitment to the team because I am always trying my best."

"I will always support Wolves and wish them success every season. I will support Wolves for my whole life because I am deeply grateful to this team."
