Cremonense announced on its official website on Tuesday that Como's Indonesian international goalkeeper Emil Audero, has joined the club on-loan.

According to the newly promoted Serie A club's official statement, Audero will play for the club on-loan until the end of the new season, with the loan agreement including an optional buyout clause.

About Emil Audero

Emil Audero, 28, was born on January 18, 1998, in Mataram, Indonesia. He is 1.92 meters tall and plays as a goalkeeper, holding dual Indonesian and Italian citizenship.

Audero was discovered by former Guangzhou Evergrande goalkeeping coach Michelangelo Rampulla at the age of 11 and joined Juventus' youth academy. He completed his Juventus first-team debut in May 2017, winning two Serie A titles and two Coppa Italia titles with the club, as well as reaching one Champions League final.

The following July, Audero was loaned-out to Sampdoria, and his rights were later bought out for €20 million.

In August 2023, Audero was loaned-out to Inter Milan, where he helped the team achieve a Serie A and Supercoppa Italiana Double.

The following July, Audero joined Como for €6 million, but he received limited playing time.

On this year's winter transfer window deadline day, Audero was loaned-out to Palermo.

During his loan spell with I Rosadero, Audero made 15 appearances for the Serie B club in all competitions, conceding 21 goals and keeping two clean sheets.
