Wilfred Ndidi completes permanent move to Besiktas

Leicester City have confirmed they have reached an agreement with Turkish Super Lig side Besiktas for the permanent transfer of Wilfred Ndidi, subject to international transfer approval.
Wilfred Ndidi joined Leicester City from Genk in Belgium in January 2017 and over the next eight seasons established himself as a key player in the King Power Stadium's midfield, playing 303 matches in all competitions and scoring 18 goals.
The player has demonstrated endless stamina and tenacious fighting spirit in midfield, and has played a key role in the club's many recent honors, including two fifth-place finishes in the Premier League, winning the Emirates FA Cup and FA Community Shield in 2021, and the Championship title in the 2023-24 season.
Wilfred Ndidi joined Leicester City at the age of 20, a promising young player. He left as a seasoned international, earning acclaim from his teammates, coaching staff and fans for his contributions and achievements.
