Rob Edwards emphasized that regardless of which league Wolves are in next season, they must approach the new season with a positive mindset. He stated that this mindset can be cultivated from now until May. Wolves currently have eight Premier League matches remaining, with their next game being an away game against Brentford on Monday.  

After managing only six points in their last six matches, the head coach can clearly feel an improvement in the atmosphere both within and around the team. Rob Edwards stated that he hopes to learn from past experiences and looked to the future in the pre-match press conference. He understands that the team's solid performance this season and the positive atmosphere in the stands will play a crucial role in the club's start to the 2026/27 season.  

Rob Edwards stated, "Our goal has always been clear: to accumulate as many points as possible and strive for victory in every game. We hope to go further this season and carry this momentum into next season. We will continue to work hard and fight for as many points as possible. So far, we haven't won an away game, and it would be ideal to achieve that goal, but the next game will be the limit of our capabilities."  

"We have achieved some encouraging results, but maintaining consistent performance over the long term remains our goal. Maintaining a good competitive state and training hard will help maximize scoring opportunities and keep the current momentum going. The key is to solidify our fundamentals to sustain this form."  

"As a football club, we need to rediscover the feeling of victory and strive to create a more relaxed and positive club atmosphere. I think there has been some improvement recently. Whether it's the internal or external environment of the club, we need to work hard to eliminate negative factors and find ways to win again. This involves not only the internal aspects of the club but also external influences."
