Lille announced on Wednesday that it had signed Norwegian attacker Mariusz Broholm from Rosenborg. The two sides signed a five-year contract, valid until June 30, 2030.

According to French media L'Equipe, Broholm's transfer fee is 5 million euros. He will wear the No. 14 jersey in Lille.

The 20-year-old Broholm mainly plays as a right winger, but can also play as a center forward, shadow striker, attacking midfielder, etc. He came from Rosenborg's youth training and made his debut for the first team in the Norwegian Cup on July 25, 2021.

So far, Broholm has played 56 times for Rosenborg, scoring 19 goals and providing 3 assists. He also played for Kristiansund on loan, during which time he played 30 times in all teams, contributing 7 goals and 2 assists.
