Athletic Bilbao player Iñigo Leque attended a media briefing ahead of the match against Barcelona. He provided a key analysis of Saturday's game at Camp Nou, and discussed the team's current form, as well as his own physical and competitive condition.  

Iñigo Leque began by assessing the challenge of the match. He stated, "This will be an extremely intense contest, with our opponents boasting top-tier players from Europe and even the world, while our recent form has been less than ideal. Lamin has the ability to change the course of a game, and we will do our utmost to limit his performance on Saturday."  

"Many of the club's members are often our relatives and friends, and they usually travel with the team to various places. Unfortunately, we will not be able to get their support in person this time."  

Regarding the final result of the match, Inigo Leque emphasized that the team needed to remain calm. He stated, "The outside world may focus on our recent poor performance, but we will not be bothered by it. We will focus on each match, treating each game as an independent challenge, rather than being led by the statistics."  

Inigo Leque also spoke about the packed schedule. He said, "Playing every three days is quite tiring, both physically and mentally. This year we've made significant progress in European competitions, which is very evident; the intensity of the matches and the level of our opponents have both improved considerably."  

“In some games, we saw the familiar rhythm and style of play from last season reappear. Last year we went on a winning streak, but this year it has been much more difficult. We have been looking for that positive drive that allows the team to perform consistently and win easily.”  

"Whether it's the intensity of the entire 90 minutes or the mature performance we showed last season, it's all the result of long-term accumulation. When everything is running smoothly, it may seem like we're just going with the flow, but in reality, it's the result of continuous investment and hard work. We are trying to regain that form."  

Iñigo Leque stated that, from a personal perspective, he has fully recovered. He said, "These injuries weren't serious, but they did have some impact on me because I couldn't maintain a consistent training rhythm. Now I feel great and am fully recovered."
