The third round of the 2025/26 Serie A season ushered in a derby. Juventus, at home, relied on goals contributed by Lloyd Kelly, Yildiz, Kevren Thuram and Azic to finally defeat Inter Milan 4-3.

Four minutes into the match, Inter Milan organized an attack. Barella received Bastoni's cross from the top of the penalty area and fired a long shot, but the ball went wide of the post. In the 13th minute, Juventus striker Yildiz intercepted the ball and passed it to Kalulu, who shot but it was cleared. Vlahovic's subsequent volley was also blocked.

In the 14th minute, Juventus took advantage of a corner kick. Brehmer passed the ball down the middle, and Lloyd Kelly scored with a direct shot, giving Juventus a 1-0 lead. In the 22nd minute, Barella took a corner kick, and Bastoni leaped for a header, but it went wide. In the 29th minute, Locatelli secured possession outside the penalty area and fired a long shot, but Mkhitaryan blocked it.

In the 30th minute, Augusto passed the ball back and Calhanoglu shot directly from the top of the penalty area to score, helping Inter Milan to equalize the score at 1-1. In the 34th minute, Inter Milan's attack was cleared and Calhanoglu volleyed from the top of the penalty area, but the ball was caught by Juventus goalkeeper Di Gregorio.

In the 38th minute, Bremer made a straight pass, and Yildiz shot from long distance to score, helping Juventus take the lead again with 2-1.

In the 52nd minute of the second half, Acerbi passed the ball to Thuram, who shot hard but was blocked. In the 65th minute, Bastoni's pass was cleared, and Zielinski headed the ball in the melee, and Calhanoglu volleyed it in, helping Inter Milan tie the score at 2-2.

In the 76th minute, Dimarco took a corner kick and Thuram scored with a header, helping Inter Milan lead Juventus 3-2. In the 82nd minute, Yildiz took a free kick and Kefren Thuram scored with a header, helping Juventus make the score 3-3.

In the second half stoppage time, Jonathan David passed the ball and Azic took a long shot outside the penalty area. Although Inter Milan goalkeeper Sommer flew to block it, the ball still flew into the net, allowing Juventus to overtake again with 4-3.

In the end, Juventus defeated Inter Milan 4-3 at home.
