Sean Dyche said the team will continue to maintain high-intensity training to be fully prepared for the upcoming games

Nottingham Forest head coach Sean Dyche said that the Nottingham Forest team will maintain high-intensity training this week to fully prepare for the upcoming intensive schedule, including the double-line battles of the domestic league and European competitions.

Since taking over at Nottingham Forest last week, Sean Dyche has already taken charge of the club in two important matches: a Europa League clash with FC Porto and a Premier League trip to the south coast this weekend to face Bournemouth.

Prior to the match against Manchester United, Nottingham Forest had been out of action for a full week, their second week without a competitive match since August. Speaking at a press conference at the Vitality Stadium after the match, manager Sean Dyche stated that the team would make full use of this time to continue training hard and prepare for their upcoming visit to Manchester United.

Sean Dyche talked about the team's preparation plan after the game and said: "We must continue to train hard, and the players are very aware of this. They will return to the training ground next, and we will try our best to arrange for them to get rest while ensuring that they maintain high-quality training."

“We still have a lot of work to do. I would like to especially thank the Nottingham Forest fans who came from afar. Their support means a lot to the team. I think they also know that we will give our all on the training ground this week and continue to improve ourselves.”

"After the match against Porto, I said that victory was just the first step, an important step for the team, but we still have a long way to go. I told the players that we must raise our minimum standards. According to our requirements, our performance in the first half was not ideal. However, fortunately, we did not concede a goal, which gives us a chance to turn the situation around."

"Since I took over the team, I have been impressed by the players' attitude and execution. They have learned many lessons and are constantly learning. Although we performed poorly in the first half, overall we are moving in the right direction."
