The 36th round of the 2024/25 La Liga season staged another focus match. Barcelona, who played away, defeated Espanyol 2-0 with goals from Yamal and Fermin.

Four minutes into the match, the Spaniard created an attacking opportunity. Urco Gonzalez received a through ball from his teammate and shot, but the ball went wide of the goal post. In the 13th minute, Barcelona striker Lewandowski took the ball back in the melee and shot wide.
