February 13th - The Lakers defeated the Mavericks 124-104. LeBron James recorded 28 points , 10 rebounds, and 12 assists, showcasing his all-around skills once again. Several Lakers players scored in double figures, demonstrating excellent teamwork; while the Mavericks had four players score over 17 points, they were unable to contain James's comprehensive performance.

At the start of the game, the Lakers dominated on both ends of the court, taking a 14-4 lead. The Mavericks then rallied by attacking the basket repeatedly, even briefly taking the lead. Towards the end of the quarter, the Lakers, orchestrated by James, executed fluid plays, leading 36-31 . The Lakers then unleashed a 13-0 run, combining outside shooting and fast breaks to re-establish their advantage. Despite scoring from Marshall and Christie, the Lakers maintained a more consistent overall performance. At halftime, the Lakers led only 64-63 .

After switching sides, James not only maintained high efficiency in his individual offense but also continuously created opportunities for his teammates. Hachimura and Reeves hit crucial shots in succession, and the team quickly extended their lead to 14 points. At the end of the third quarter, the Lakers held the initiative 96-82 . In the final quarter, the Mavericks once narrowed the gap to 12 points, but the Lakers quickly responded with a fierce offensive surge. With consecutive outside shots, the Lakers extended their lead to over 20 points, effectively ending any suspense in the game. In the end, the Lakers easily defeated the Mavericks 124-104.
