Serie A – Yildez scores twice as Juventus come from behind to defeat Cagliari 2-1.

The 13th round of the 2025/26 Serie A season continued, with Juventus hosting Cagliari. They were down 0-1 at one point, but ultimately came from behind to win thanks to a brace from Keinan Yildez.
With this victory, Juventus currently sits seventh in the league with 23 points (6 wins, 5 draws, 2 losses). Cagliari, on the other hand, has a record of 2 wins, 5 draws, and 6 losses, accumulating 11 points and ranking 14th.
Juventus and Cagliari were locked in a tight battle from the start, with the game remaining quite close for a period. Cagliari finally broke the deadlock in the 26th minute: Marco Palestella cut back from the right flank, and Sebastiano Esposito tapped the ball in. However, Juventus responded just one minute later: Kevren Thuram broke into the left side of the penalty area and passed the ball to the center, where Yildez slotted it home to equalize, 1-1.
After equalizing, Juventus gradually took control of the game. In the 29th minute, Francesco Conceição passed the ball to the left wing, and Dusan Vlahovic's long-range shot was blocked by Elia Caprile. In the 32nd minute, Yildez broke into the penalty area from the right and delivered a cross, but Conceição's header was easily caught by Caprile.
