Bologna completes contract extension with Italy U19s international goalkeeper Massimo Pessina.

Bologna announced on its official website on Wednesday that the club has renewed the contract of its Italy U19s international goalkeeper Massimo Pessina.
According to Bologna's official statement, Pessina has signed on a new three-and-a-half-year deal with the club which runs until the summer of 2029, with an option to extend for a further year.
About Massimo Pessina
Pessina, who is only still 18 years old, was born in Alzano Lombardo, Italy on December 25, 2007. He is 1.88 meters tall and plays as a goalkeeper.
Pessina played for the youth academies of Olginatese and AlbinoLeffe when he was a child. He joined Bologna's youth academy in 2021 and completed his Bologna first-team debut by coming on as a substitute in November 2025.
Since his debut, Pessina has played 33 times in all competitions for the Serie A club's U21s team, conceding 51 goals and keeping 8 clean sheets.
