Pablo Felipe: The fans always inspire us to stay motivated and persistent, which plays a crucial role in the game.

West Ham United striker Pablo Felipe praised the fans' enthusiastic support, saying the atmosphere played a key role in helping the team defeat Queens Park Rangers in the FA Cup third round. The 22-year-old came on as a substitute for the injured Dinos Mavropanos in first-half stoppage time, marking his second appearance for the club since joining from Gil Vicente earlier this month, and his first experience in one of the world's most prestigious knockout rounds.

He quickly made his impact at the London Stadium, assisting Criscio Somerville to break the deadlock before halftime. Tati Castellanos then headed in a goal to give his team a 2-1 victory, after Richard Kone's second-half equalizer forced extra time.

Pablo Felipe said he thoroughly enjoyed every moment in East London. He emphasized that he is constantly learning about his playing style and his teammates' characteristics, and thanked West Ham United for their warm welcome. He said: "It was an incredible experience. Playing in a packed stadium with fans supporting us was fantastic. They always give us the courage and perseverance to keep fighting, and I think that played a vital role in the game."

“We have always fought hard for the fans, giving our all and striving for victory. In the end, this victory was hard-won, but thanks to the sacrifices and efforts of the whole team, we achieved the desired result. Tati Castellanos and Crisencio Somerville are very important to the team; they not only scored goals but also showed a high level of professionalism on both ends of the pitch. I think the whole team deserves praise, and I thank everyone for their performance and contributions on the field.”

"This match will be unforgettable for me. We ultimately won and advanced to the next round. We are all very happy and hope to use this as an opportunity to continue to move forward steadily."

Despite West Ham United's upcoming League One fourth round away match against Burton Albion next month following their victory over Real Madrid, the team then faces a highly anticipated derby against newly promoted Tottenham Hotspur. Pablo Felipe hopes West Ham can get back on track for the first time since November 8th to boost the team's form and ultimately close the seven-point gap with 17th-placed Nottingham Forest in the Premier League standings.

Pablo Felipe added: “I think this victory has greatly boosted our confidence and will allow us to continue working towards our goal of returning to the Premier League. We hope to maintain the fighting spirit we showed in Sunday’s game and work together to achieve our goal. The victory is good for both the players and the fans, and we hope to continue this momentum, which is the path we all want to take. We are all very much looking forward to the next game and will be fully prepared.”
