AG announced on Thursday through its official Twitter account that it has acquired the Korean Overwatch 2 club WAY.

According to AG's official statement, WAY will play under the AG banner from now on, which will strongly announce that AG has entered a new era of the Overwatch 2 professional e-sports circle.

All eight original players in the WAY team will become members of AG.

WAY will play under the AG banner for the first time in the third game of the Overwatch 2 Champions Series Season 2 Korea Regular Season on May 16.

At that time, they will face VEG, which has performed poorly and is currently ranked at the bottom of the Regular Season table.
