Sevilla's director of football has stressed the importance of teamwork and commitment over personal fame as he reflects on his first few days in the new role.  

Accompanied by President José María del Nido Carrasco, Antonio Cordon appeared in the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán press room. He expressed his expectations for the club's new project and hopes to lead the team back on the right track.  

Antonio Cordon said: "First of all, I would like to sincerely thank everyone for coming, thank the city for the warm reception I have received, and thank the board of directors for their trust and support. The purpose of our trip is to start a brand new project."
