Crystal Palace completes contract extension with Colombia international defender Daniel Muñoz..

Crystal Palace announced on its official website on Sunday that the club has extended the contract of its Colombia international defender Daniel Muñoz.
According to Crystal Palace's official statement, Muñoz has signed on a new three-year contract with the club which runs until the summer of 2028.
About Daniel Muñoz
Muñoz, 28, was born on May 24, 1996 in Amalfi, Colombia. He is 1.83 meters tall and primarily plays as a right back, but can also play as a center back.
Muñoz joined the Águilas Doradas youth academy since he was a child, and completed his Águilas Doradas first-team debut in February 2017.
In July 2019, Muñoz moved to Colombian powerhouse Atlético Nacional for €1.5 million.
In July of the following year, Muñoz joined Genk for €4.5 million.
During his three-and-a-half-year spell at for Genk, Muñoz won the Belgian Cup once with the club.
In January 2024, Muñoz joined Crystal Palace for £10 million.
Since becoming a member of the Eagles, Muñoz has played 39 times for the Premier League club in all competitions so far, scoring 6 goals and providing 6 assists.
