DreamHack announced on Wednesday through its official X (Twitter) account that it has added a new offline open tournament for Counter-Strike 2 (CS2), DreamHack Knockout, for players to compete and win a new path to the ESL Pro League.

According to DreamHack's official statement, DreamHack Knockout is expected to be held in Atlanta, USA and Stockholm, Sweden at the end of the year. The event is in BYOC format, which means, players must bring their own equipment.

At each tournament, DreamHack will set up a prize pool of up to $10,000 for the event, and the winner can also use this new path to qualify for the ESL Pro League Season 23.

The Atlanta (October 31-November 2) and the Stockholm (November 28-30) tournaments will be open to all players who purchase BYOC tickets and get seats in the BYOC area at DreamHack events.

DreamHack Knockout Atlanta will accommodate up to 32 teams, while DreamHack Knockout Stockholm will accommodate up to 128 teams.
