Hamburg officially announce the signing of Red Bull duo Yussuf Poulsen and Nicolás Capaldo..

Hamburg announced on its official website on Sunday that the club has signed Denmark international forward Yussuf Poulsen and Argentinian midfielder Nicolás Capaldo from RB Leipzig and its sister club Red Bull Salzburg respectively.
According to Hamburg's official statement, Poulsen has signed on a short-term two-year deal with the club which will only run until the summer of 2027; while Capaldo has signed on a three-year contract with the club which runs until the summer of 2028.
Poulsen will play in the No. 15 jersey; Capaldo will play in the No. 24 jersey.
According to the news brought by BILD's renowned German transfer journalist Christian Falk, Hamburg paid €1 million to Leipzig and €4.5 million to Salzburg to sign Poulsen and Capaldo respectively.
After completing his joining procedures, Poulsen, who was interviewed by the Hamburg official website of Hamburg for the first time, said: "Hamburg is a great club. The first European game I watched was the Europa League match between Copenhagen and Hamburg."
"I hope to be recognized by everyone here. In every training and game, I will give everything and devote myself on the pitch. I also look forward to the fans and atmosphere of Volksparkstadion."

About Yussuf Poulsen
Yussuf Poulsen, 31 years old, was born on June 15, 1994 in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. He is 1.92 meters tall and primarily plays as a center forward. He can also play as a right winger. He has dual nationality of Denmark and Tanzania.
Poulsen joined the youth academy of the non-league club Skjold at the age of 6, joined the Lyngby youth academy Lyngby at the age of 14 and completed his Lyngby first-team debut by coming on as a substitute in December 2011.

Nicolás Capaldo, 26, was born on September 14, 1998 in Santa Rosa, La Pampa Province, Argentina. He is 1.77 meters tall and primarily plays as a center midfielder. He can also play as a defensive midfielder, right midfielder or right back. He has dual Argentine and Italian nationality.
Capaldo joined the football academy opened by the father of Liverpool midfielder Alexis MacAllister when he was a child. In 2015, he joined the Boca Juniors youth academy and completed his Boca Juniors first-team debut by coming on as a substitute in February 2019.
During his three-year spell with Azul y Oro, Capaldo won the Argentine Primera División once, the Copa Argentina once, the Copa de la Liga Profesional once and the Supercopa Argentina once with the club.
