Bournemouth midfielder Marcus Tafnir had a memorable night at Old Trafford, playing a key role in the Premier League match against Manchester United. Bournemouth twice equalized to secure a valuable point away from home, and Tafnir delivered an outstanding performance, contributing a goal and an assist.  

After the game, Marcus Tafnir said, "The fans will love this game, but from our perspective, both halves were a bit frustrating. We started slowly in the first half, which gave our opponents an opening, but in the second half we figured out how to adjust our performance."  

Despite Bournemouth's excellent attacking performance, some basic errors ultimately cost the team. He said: "We conceded some goals we shouldn't have, which put us in a difficult position, but scoring again showed the team's resilience. In the second half, we knew we had to get into the game quickly and we did get into a favorable position, but unfortunately we conceded another goal that we shouldn't have made."  

Bournemouth nearly secured all three points away from home, with Sene Lamenz making two brilliant saves in stoppage time to stop David Brooks' shot. Marcus Tafnir believes the team can take a lot of inspiration from this match. He added, "We were very strong in the final stages of the game, and if someone had scored the winning goal, it would have felt like it was ours."
