December 20th - The 76ers defeated the Knicks 116-107. Maxi scored 30 points and 9 assists, stepping up in crucial moments to become the biggest contributor to the team's victory .

The Knicks started strong with a 10-7 run. The 76ers responded with outside shooting and inside attacks, briefly taking the lead. The Knicks then steadied themselves, ending the first quarter tied at 29. The second quarter saw both teams continue their offensive onslaught, with Brunson scoring 10 points to give the Knicks a narrow 59-57 lead at halftime.
