Official: Real Madrid signs 26-year-old right-back Arnold from Liverpool for 10 million euros

Real Madrid released a statement on Friday announcing the signing of 26-year-old Liverpool right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold. The two parties signed a five-year contract, valid until June 30, 2031.
Various signs indicate that Arnold will represent Real Madrid in the Club World Cup held in the United States on June 14. Real Madrid paid Liverpool a one-time payment of 10 million euros to buy out his contract, which was originally scheduled to expire on June 30 this year.
Arnold joined Liverpool's youth training system at the age of 6 and made his professional debut in the English League Cup on October 25, 2016.
