A derby match was staged in the third round of the 2025/26 Premier League. Chelsea, at Stamford Bridge, defeated West Ham 2-0 with goals from Joao Pedro and Enzo.

Six minutes into the match, Chelsea created an attacking opportunity when Liam Delap received a pass from Cucurella and volleyed a shot from the penalty area, but it was blocked by Sander Berg. In the seventh minute, Fulham defender Joachim Andersen combined with his teammates to shoot, but the ball went wide.

In the 56th minute, Enzo converted the penalty, extending Chelsea's lead to 2-0.

In the 58th minute, Joao Pedro passed the ball, Estevan William received it and crossed the defense to shoot, but the ball was intercepted by Fulham goalkeeper Leno. In the 62nd minute, Joao Pedro received a long pass from Chalobah and was about to shoot from the penalty area, but was cleared by Leno.

In the 71st minute, Pedro Neto took a corner kick, but it was saved by Raul Jimenez. In the 87th minute, Adama Traore passed the ball into the penalty area, and Raul Jimenez jumped up to head the ball, but the ball went over the goal.
