The 14th round of the 2025/26 Premier League season saw Manchester City, playing away, defeat Fulham 5-4 thanks to goals from Haaland, Reindes and Foden.
Five minutes into the match, Manchester City created an attacking opportunity. Foden dribbled the ball and passed it diagonally to Haaland, who received it and fired a low shot from inside the box, but the ball hit the post. In the 17th minute, Doku received a pass from Foden and crossed it from the left wing into the box, where Haaland slotted it home, giving Manchester City a 1-0 lead.
In the 23rd minute, Fulham attempted a counter-attack. Iwobi passed the ball into the penalty area, where Smith Rowe received it and fired a low shot, but the ball was saved by Manchester City goalkeeper Donnarumma. In the 51st minute, Fulham's attack was cleared, and Raul Jimenez's curling shot was blocked by Manchester City defender Diaz.
In the 54th minute, Doku gained possession and fired a shot past the defense, the ball deflecting off Sander Berg's foot and into the net, giving Manchester City a commanding 5-1 lead over Fulham. In the 64th minute, Manchester City substituted Stones and Savio for Nico Gonzalez and Doku. Manchester City ultimately secured a narrow 5-4 away victory against Fulham.
