Rob Edwards believes that the hard work he and the Wolves players have put in over the past few months is gradually paying off with improved results. The manager admitted that since taking over in November, the challenges he has faced have been more daunting than initially anticipated, and the team needs time to gel and build cohesion.  

However, the manager believes that the team is on a four-game unbeaten run across all competitions ahead of the tough test against Newcastle United this weekend. The players' increasingly consistent performances in training and matches are allowing the team to gradually demonstrate its true strength.  

Rob Edwards stated, "Our team atmosphere has always been very positive. The team has performed well in past games, and the improved results certainly contribute to the atmosphere. However, even under pressure, you don't feel any gloom within the team."  

"Despite the challenges we face, it's equally important to maintain a positive attitude and enjoy the process. Everyone can laugh and relax for a moment, while still giving their all to complete the task. The team atmosphere is currently very good, and we hope to continue to maintain this momentum."  

"Our goal has always been to maintain consistent performance. Looking back, it takes time to turn things around and achieve results. At that time, the team was in a bit of chaos, and the players' morale was low, which was indeed a huge test. But through continuous efforts, the players gradually adapted to our working methods, became more focused on training, and responded positively to the training plan. We have made steady progress, but we still hope to continue to improve, which is the direction we continue to strive for."  

Speaking about the upcoming match against Newcastle United, Rob Edwards said: "We will respect the result, but we also know that we are facing a very strong team. Newcastle United have not only been Champions League regulars for many years, but have also reached the semi-finals of various competitions many times, and have recently won trophies. They are at their ideal level of competition and have an excellent coach and professional team like Eddie Howe."
