Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany recently emphasized the unity within the team at the pre-match press conference and did not isolate any player.

According to German media reports, Bayern Munich player Kim Min-jae was suspected of being isolated by his teammates because of two mistakes in the Champions League match against Real Madrid. However, at the pre-match press conference before Bayern Munich's away challenge against Heidenheim, Kompany confirmed that this was not the case.

Kompany made it a point not to isolate any player. He said: "I have stressed in many press conferences that it is very important for me not to isolate any player. I will never do that. We must always unite."

"If a player occasionally has a bad form, we will communicate openly within the team or one-on-one. For example, Gnabry may be our best player at the beginning of the season, but then he has bad luck due to injuries.

"Now he is back to his best. You have to support the players. We will have honest conversations with each player after the season. Now our full focus is on our own performances."

Bayern Munich currently ranks first in the Bundesliga with 69 points, 6 points ahead of second-placed Leverkusen. Although the Bundesliga has a good performance, Bayern Munich was eliminated in the quarterfinals of the Champions League.

When asked about the Champions League exit, Kompany said: "We are very pragmatic about everything now. The past cannot be changed and our task is to show our true strength in the next games. I am naturally very motivated and it doesn't take too long for me to fully commit myself again."
