Nottingham Forest Football Club can confirm that midfielder Marko Stamenic has completed the transfer process to Swansea City Football Club on a permanent basis.
Marko Stamenic joined Nottingham Forest from Red Star Belgrade in 2024 and was subsequently loaned out to Olympiacos. The midfielder played 23 games for the Greek side, four of which came in the Europa League.

Marko Stamenic, only 22 years old, made his debut for the New Zealand national team in October 2021 and quickly became one of the team's main players. So far, he has played 29 games for the national team and helped New Zealand secure a place in the 2026 World Cup.
After spending most of pre-season with Nottingham Forest, Marko Stamenic has now moved to Wales to join Alan Sheehan's Championship side.
