Victor Boniface confirmed on Sunday that he will continue to stay at Leverkusen next season. His contract with Leverkusen will last until June 2028 and his current market value is about 40 million euros.

The 24-year-old Boniface has played for many teams including Bode Glider and Saint-Giroux United, and transferred to Leverkusen for 22.6 million euros in July 2023. He mainly plays as a center forward in Leverkusen. So far, he has made 61 appearances, scored 32 goals and provided 12 assists, and won the Bundesliga championship, German Cup and German Super Cup with the team.

Plagued by injuries, Boniface has been involved in several rumors of leaving the team this year. Many clubs, including Riyadh Victory and AC Milan, have also expressed interest in Boniface, but the player still prefers to stay in Leverkusen.

"My future is in Leverkusen," he made clear to Bild. "For me, I will stay 100 percent. I still have three years left on my contract with the club. I want to win more titles with Leverkusen and have a great season."
