French newspaper L'Equipe reported on Thursday that Monaco head coach Adi Hütter's sacking is imminent.
According to the report, Monaco's management is unhappy with the team's poor start to the season and believes it's time to part ways with Hütter.
Les Monegasque's management has drafted a compensation package for Hütter's dismissal. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Austrian coach will be sacked by the end of the week.
Meanwhile, Monaco is also preparing for Hütter's successor.
The club reportedly held talks with former Borussia Dortmund head coach Edin Terzić, but both sides failed to reach an agreement.
Now, Monaco has turned its attention to Union Saint-Gilloise head coach Sébastien Pocognoli.
