Four minutes into the second half, McGinn scored to put the home team 2-1 ahead. Just two minutes later, Emi Buendia added another goal, securing a 3-1 home victory for Villa.  

The Aston Villa captain admitted that the team's performance at the beginning of the season was disappointing, but after consecutive home wins in B6, he believes that the team's form has improved.
