Japanese midfielder Wataru Endo recently talked about Liverpool and future goals in an interview, and believed that the "Red Army" will continue to achieve more.
With Klopp's departure, Liverpool, led by Sloter, responded to external doubts with performance and results throughout the 2024/25 season, and finally won the Premier League championship ahead of schedule with a stable performance.
The 32-year-old Endo joined Liverpool in August 2023 and has won one English League Cup and one Premier League title.
Endo shared in an interview, "When I joined Liverpool, I really wanted to win the Premier League. I think this is why I play football."
"I hope this is just the beginning of more titles, because I won the League Cup in my first season here and the Premier League in my second season, and I just hope to keep winning titles with the fans. I still feel that this team, the coaching staff, and the fans can achieve more together."
It is worth mentioning that after winning the Premier League title, Liverpool tied Manchester United's record with 20 titles.
"I know how much this means to Liverpool fans, because Liverpool has won 19 titles before and we are one away from tying Manchester United," Endo said. "I am really happy to win the league title with the fans, teammates and coaching staff."
In addition, Liverpool will host Bournemouth at home in the first round of the 2025/26 Premier League, embarking on another championship journey.
Endo added, "This trophy means a lot to the fans. What I can do for Liverpool is to give 100% on the court. I just want to win the championship with the fans. This is what I am working towards."
"I love Liverpool very much and we are winning titles every season. I hope this momentum can continue and we will share many more wonderful moments together in the future."
