At the start of the game, the Grizzlies took an early 5- point lead. Brunson quickly took over, scoring on multiple drives and hitting two three-pointers to lead his team to the lead. The Knicks gradually gained control on both ends of the court. At the end of the first quarter, the Knicks led 42-30 .
