Envaneri opened the scoring to help his team advance to the Carabao Cup quarterfinals.

Ethan Nwaneri, just 18 years old, had a highlight of the season when he scored his first goal of the season in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup, helping Arsenal advance to the quarterfinals with a solid performance.

In the 57th minute, Nwaneri received a pass from teammate Miles Lewis-Skelly and calmly slotted the ball into the net, breaking the deadlock for his team. In the 76th minute, Bukayo Saka added another goal, sealing the victory. The team ultimately defeated Brighton 2-0, advancing to the quarterfinals where they will face Crystal Palace.

After the match, Envaneri expressed his excitement about the victory and the goal in an interview: "I think we played very well. It was a completely different starting eleven, but everyone was united. Although there were some ups and downs, we persevered to the end and achieved the desired result."

Speaking about the goal, Envaneri specifically mentioned his understanding with Lewis Skelly: "Myers and I have played together since we were kids, and we have a great chemistry. The moment he passed the ball, I knew it would be at my feet, and I anticipated the opening at the far post. It was really great to score."

This victory not only extended Arsenal's eight-game winning streak across all competitions but also boosted their confidence for the upcoming Premier League and Champions League fixtures. Nwaneri said, "This kind of victory motivates us even more. We'll take it one game at a time and hopefully maintain this form. Scoring at the Emirates Stadium is fantastic; the feeling is irreplaceable."

With the outstanding performances of its young players and the team's consistent momentum, Arsenal are gradually demonstrating their great potential in multiple competitions.
