Bradley Beal, 32, joined the Los Angeles Clippers last month and signed a two-year contract. In an interview, Bradley Beal said he was very excited about the new opportunity and was eager to win an NBA championship with the team.
Bradley Beal, who plays as a shooting guard, previously played for the Phoenix Suns and played in 53 games in the 2024/25 NBA regular season, averaging 17.0 points, 49.7% shooting percentage and 38.65% three-point shooting percentage.
Bradley Beal said in the interview, "I really need a championship ring. I really need it. I am eager to win a championship, and I feel that I have a new recovery and a new hunger."
"I'm excited about this opportunity. It's a new city, a new environment, and a hungry environment. I'm really looking forward to winning the tournament."
Days after Bradley Beal joined the Los Angeles Clippers, 40-year-old point guard Chris Paul returned to the Los Angeles Clippers and signed a one-year contract.
Chris Paul played for the Los Angeles Clippers from 2011 to 2017 and for the San Antonio Spurs last season.
In addition, Bradley Beal also gave his No. 3 jersey to Chris Paul.
Bradley Beal said, "Chris Paul is very lucky. We already have a friendship outside of basketball and our relationship is very good. In fact, I grew up in his training camp, so it is a bit like a brotherly relationship. I have a choice, but actually I don't have a choice. It's all out of respect. But for me, this is a decision without hesitation."
