Bradley Beal, who plays as a shooting guard, previously played for the Phoenix Suns and played in 53 games in the 2024/25 NBA regular season, averaging 17.0 points, 49.7% shooting percentage and 38.65% three-point shooting percentage.

Bradley Beal said in the interview, "I really need a championship ring. I really need it. I am eager to win a championship, and I feel that I have a new recovery and a new hunger."

Days after Bradley Beal joined the Los Angeles Clippers, 40-year-old point guard Chris Paul returned to the Los Angeles Clippers and signed a one-year contract.

Chris Paul played for the Los Angeles Clippers from 2011 to 2017 and for the San Antonio Spurs last season.

In addition, Bradley Beal also gave his No. 3 jersey to Chris Paul.

Bradley Beal said, "Chris Paul is very lucky. We already have a friendship outside of basketball and our relationship is very good. In fact, I grew up in his training camp, so it is a bit like a brotherly relationship. I have a choice, but actually I don't have a choice. It's all out of respect.
