March 7th - The Knicks defeated the Nuggets 142-103. Anunoby scored a game-high 34 points, Towns contributed a double-double with 17 points and 13 rebounds, and Brunson dished out 15 assists. For the Nuggets, Jokic had a game-high 38 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists, but it wasn't enough to prevent a crushing defeat.

In the first quarter, Jokic scored consecutive points, leading his team to an 11-2 run and establishing a lead. The Knicks then relied on Towns and Hart to score, while Shamet hit a three-pointer to narrow the gap. At the end of the first quarter, the Knicks trailed 27-29 . In the second quarter, Anunoby made two free throws and hit consecutive three-pointers to widen the gap. Bridges and Robinson scored repeatedly in the paint. At halftime, the Knicks led 65-52 .

After switching sides, the Knicks relied on Hart's 7 consecutive points to extend their lead to 22 points. At the end of the third quarter, the Knicks led 105-80 . In the final quarter, Anunoby hit two more three-pointers to stabilize the situation, and Bridges and Dadiye came off the bench to hit consecutive three-pointers, pushing the lead past 30 points.
